Thought for the days...


You have no right to steal, enslave or murder – but through the dark magic of the ballot box, you can delegate rights you do not have to a government and euphemistically call them Taxation, Conscription and War.

    There is nothing more sad than a citizenry willing to give up its freedom a piece or a dollar at a time to a government more than willing to confiscate in the name of a protection from life's realities that doesn't exist.

 Thanks for dropping by the old posting grounds, home for scribbling, sharing and podcasting for many, many moons. Some may remember the Libertas Media Project, a well-intended, severely under-funded, Nice Thought Before It's Time. Several close friends contributed generously to its success. Unfortunately, even with "celebrity" participation and podcasting before podcasting was cool, LMP couldn't make the leap. My sincere thanks to everyone who pitched in. But not all is lost! Enter Substack - a relatively new platform for writers, creators, and "influencers" to post provocative, compelling material. The depth of talent is astounding!
